For the Australian market, we have created a new special hydraulic press with polycarbonate sliding guards.
These protections are equipped with sensors that immediately block the press if they are lifted during the pressing phases of the machine.
When the guards are lowered, the press can work completely automatically and to activate it you just need to press a button.
However, if the polycarbonate protections are raised, to operate the press, the simultaneous use of the double buttons is necessary for safety reasons.
The electro-hydraulic workshop press is also equipped with extremely precise proximity sensors, which allow the cylinder stroke to be adjusted with absolute precision.
Everything is programmed via digital control.
At the customer’s request, the gap between the upper and lower floor was increased to 1000mm, compared to the 500mm of the standard model.
