H-Frame hydraulic pipe straightening presses

The production of two new H-frame hydraulic pipe straightening presses has just been completed.

These machines develop a power of 150 tons and are equipped with a special vertically sliding metal protection.
During the pressing phases, these protections remain lowered and if they were raised during the descent of the main cylinder, the electro-hydraulic press would immediately stop working.

These PFC 150 presses have also been equipped with a fully milled lower bed bolted to the press frame. Furthermore, a special punch has been created based on the customer’s design which will be used to deform the sheet metal and tubes by the operators.

In addition, we have installed two spotlights on the columns of the hydraulic press which illuminate the work area and therefore make it easier to monitor the work carried out.

Both H-Frame hydraulic pipe straightening presses are equipped with digital control with cylinder stroke reading with encoder and pressure transducer.

The frame of the double column press is made of fully welded milled steel and this, in addition to the fact that the structure of the press is monolithic, makes this model extremely solid and resistant to even the most severe mechanical stress. The PFC hydraulic press is therefore suitable for intensive use both in mechanical workshops and in the production cycles of industrial plants.

The large front opening allows you to easily place long or wide pieces.
The work surface of the PFC hydraulic workshop press is hollow and this allows the material to be processed at height. The work support surface is available as optional equipment.
