Available with capacities from 150 to 600 tons, we create custom straightening presses that can be customized based on the specific needs of our customers.
Our hydraulic presses with three axes of movement of the upright are specifically designed to straighten or bend large plates, sheets and metals of various kinds.
Thanks to the longitudinal movement of the portal, combined with the transversal movement of the cylinder, the piece to be straightened can remain stationary, while the piston is positioned exactly above the point on which to carry out the pressing. This eliminates the frequent repositioning of large, heavy pieces.
Furthermore, it is possible to install hydraulic lifting cylinders in the platform, which have the function of lifting the sheet metal to be straightened without having to use the overhead crane.
Our custom straightening presses can be personalized with the following accessories:
- Worktop totally welded to the base and reamed on the surface.
- Pendant control with 180° rotation with Rexroth solenoid valves and Siemens CPU
- Control with double button radio control with Rexroth solenoid valves and Siemens CPU.
- Lifting cylinders inserted in the work surface
- Digital control with encoder and height display inserted in the electrical panel.
- Stem anti-rotation device.
- Double speed (fast and slow) of the upper frame and the hydraulic cylinder.
