Our workshop has completed the production of a hydraulic press for drums and packaging.
The electro-hydraulic press develops a power of 40 tons and is equipped with two large tables completely milled on the surface with dimensions of 1000 x 1000 mm.
Both worktops are equipped with T-slots for fixing the molds. The maximum distance between the tables is 1500mm, while the space between the columns is 1100mm.
To adjust the height of the lower platform, simply connect the chains to the eyebolts mounted on the upper table until the desired height is reached.
The hydraulic cylinder is fixed and has a stroke of 350mm. Its descent speed is 29mm/sec, while the working speed is 5mm/sec.
This hydraulic press for drums and packaging is equipped with a heat exchanger, which has the function of cooling the hydraulic circuit and preventing overheating of the machine.
The machine will be used in a packaging plant specialized in the processing of kraft paper, for the production of eco-friendly industrial packaging, whose main components are paper, wood and steel.
At the customer’s request, the press is supplied without the electrical system and has been painted in blue RAL 5015.
