The hydraulic press, model PSS 20, is an economical workshop hydraulic press with a power of 20 tons and is ideal for carrying out various processes, including straightening sheet metal, for assembling and dismantling bearings, bolts, washers and for carrying out deformation of the material.
The structure of the press is made of fully welded milled steel and this allows the machine to absorb even the highest pressures.
The large front opening allows you to easily position long or wide pieces and the work surface of the press is hollow, making it possible to process the material at height. The work support surface is available as optional equipment, as is the pair of V-shaped prisms.
This economical hydraulic workshop press is equipped with a two-speed control unit whose operation occurs through the simultaneous use of the lever and the button, as required by current CE safety regulations.
The cylinder has a stroke of 500mm, a maximum approach speed of 29 mm/sec and a working speed of 4 mm/sec.
The work platform is adjustable in height and the locking is carried out using steel tubes, which eliminate any unwanted movements.
