Our shop has completed the production of a 70 ton H-frame shop hydraulic press, which was fully customized to the customer’s request.
This press is suitable for a wide range of processes, including straightening metals, deformation of sheet metal or for the assembly and disassembly of various components.
The machine is equipped with a 4 kW hydraulic power unit mounted on the press frame, in order to save space in the customer’s mechanical workshop.
The maximum distance between the stem and the work platform is 1100mm and thanks to the two-column design, the press offers a wide front opening that allows working on large pieces. The adjustable support surface and the numerous accessories available make it adaptable to any need.
This H-frame shop hydraulic press is also equipped with a large 12″ Siemens digital screen that allows you to set all the working parameters and store up to 100 programs.
The descent speed of the piston is 24 mm/sec, while the working speed is 5 mm/sec.
The press is operated via two-button controls to be used simultaneously, as required by European safety standards.

Made from high-quality materials and assembled with oversized welds, this press is designed to provide optimal performance over time, even under heavy use.
The press was painted in RAL 5017 blue at the customer’s specific request.
