The hydraulic keying press, PBM model, allows you to carry out different processes within a mechanical workshop, including the keying of crankshafts, the straightening of sheet metal and metals in general, to carry out various assembly and repairs or for assembly operations.
The support bench is mobile by manual movement and slides along guides. This function is very useful for being able to load bulky and heavy materials, such as motors, using the crane and then being able to slide the platform under the cylinder to carry out pressing work.
This hydraulic keying press with sliding platform is available in tonnages from 40 to 200 tons.
The hydraulic cylinder has a stroke of 500mm and the upward and downward movement of the piston occurs through the simultaneous use of the lever and button.
Upon request, the electro-hydraulic press can be equipped with the following accessories:
– End-of-stroke sensors to regulate the ascent and descent of the cylinder.
– Support plate to be placed on the sliding bench.
– Stem anti-rotation device.
– Sliding bench with hydraulic movement.
