The production of a new hydraulic portal straightening press for sheet metal with a mobile frame has just been completed.
It is a press that develops a power of 200 tons and is equipped with a digital control, which allows you to program the positioning of the machine and the maximum pressure.
The values set in the digital control are visible both on a display mounted on the side of the press and on another display positioned on the mobile frame. On the latter it is possible to view the cylinder stroke and the pressure at which it is working in real time.
This hydraulic portal straightening press for sheet metal is equipped with a radio control with double button operation, which allows the operator to be able to move during the pressing phases and to be able to closely monitor the straightening work.
The press bed was completely milled and welded to the machine structure.
The hydraulic portal straightening press, PMM model, can be equipped and customized with the following optional accessories:
- Worktop totally welded to the base and bored on the surface
- Pendant control with 180° rotation with Rexroth solenoid valves and Siemens CPU
- Double button remote control with Rexroth solenoid valves and Siemens CPU
- Lifting cylinders inserted in the work surface
- Digital control with encoder and quota display inserted in the electrical panel
- Stem anti-rotation device
- Air / oil cooler and decompression valve
