Our workshop has just completed the production of a 150 ton hydraulic stamping press.
The machine is made with a monolithic double column structure, assembled and TIG welded with internal reinforcements.
The mobile upper plane is equipped with 4 self-lubricating guides which have the function of keeping the upper platform stable and ensuring excellent parallelism during the sheet metal stamping phases.
The lower table is bolted to the frame and, like the upper table, is equipped with T-slots for fixing the moulds.
The hydraulic power unit has 2 operating speeds, an approach speed of 30 mm/sec and another working speed of 3 mm/sec
This hydraulic stamping press, model PST 150 A, was created in the automatic version which provides for the automatic lifting of the cylinder.
The operation of the press occurs through the use of double buttons to be pressed simultaneously, as required by current safety regulations.
The cylinder stroke is 500mm and can be adjusted via microswitches.
All processing parameters of the press can be easily set with the use of the Siemens KTP 700 touchscreen display.
The press is also equipped with an air/oil heat exchanger which prevents the hydraulic power unit from overheating.
