Another hydraulic thermoforming press was created upon specific request of our customers.
In this case it is a hydraulic press that will be used in the molding and thermoforming of plastic protections for the motorcycle sector.
This special version of our PSQ 40 workshop press has been designed with a 4-column structure with double cylinder and double moving table.
The machine develops a maximum pressing of 40 tons and the distance between the front columns is 1600mm, while that between the lateral columns is 1200mm.
To design this frame, a cylinder with a 230mm bore was mounted for the movement of the upper platform, while a cylinder with a 270mm bore was used for the lower platform.
Both work surfaces have been completely milled and have longitudinal and transverse T-slots for fixing the molds.
The hydraulic thermoforming press will be part of a larger industrial plant and the rest of the necessary equipment will be assembled by the end customer.
