The semi-automatic hydraulic workshop press, model SICMI – PSS 40 S, is suitable for carrying out various operations within any mechanical workshop, including straightening sheet metal, dismantling bearings, bolts or carrying out stamping or material forming work.
The 500mm cylinder stroke is adjustable via microswitches that allow you to set the maximum lifting and lowering point of the hydraulic piston.
The press frame is made of fully welded milled steel to allow the machine to absorb even the highest pressures. The PSS hydraulic press is perfectly suited for intensive use in maintenance and repair workshops or even in industry.
The large front opening allows you to easily place long or wide pieces.
The work surface of the semi-automatic hydraulic workshop press, model PSS 40 S, is hollow and this facilitates the processing of the material at height. The work support surface is available as optional equipment.
This electro-hydraulic press is equipped with a two-speed control unit which is activated by the simultaneous use of the lever and the button, as required by current CE safety regulations and the cylinder has a stroke of 500 mm and a maximum speed of 29 mm/sec.
This pressing machine develops a power of 40 tons and has a hydraulic power unit of 1,5 kW.
The PSS hydraulic workshop press is also available with a transversal moving cylinder with manual control. This function is very useful because it allows you to move the cylinder sideways and then lower it to the exact point of the sheet you want to work on, without having to move the metal piece.
