50 ton workshop press for dismantling rotors and straightening sheet metal.
The machine has a cylinder stroke of 1250mm and two holes have been made on the 2000mm long work surface, respectively 250mm and 200mm in diameter.
These holes are used to create two separate workstations and be able to work on engines of different sizes. To make the work easier and more precise, we have added mechanical blocks on the press frame, so that the cylinder rod stops exactly in the center of the hole made on the work surface.
Furthermore, the workshop press was also painted with special colors at the request of the end customer.
The PMM 50 electro-hydraulic press has a cylinder approach speed of 24 mm/sec and operation occurs through the simultaneous use of the lever and the button.
