The PCR 70 workshop press for straightening metal profiles was designed to carry out automatic straightening cycles of welded profiles with a maximum length of 13 m.
The workshop press has a mobile gooseneck structure with electric movement and has a total stroke of 13 m.
4 mobile supports with electric movement are installed on the work platform on which the metal tubes to be straightened are positioned: the two outermost supports have the double function of supporting and lifting the metal profile, while the two most central supports have the sole function pipe support.
A Moog hydraulic power unit with brushless motor has been mounted on the PCR 70 electro-hydraulic workshop press, which uses less hydraulic oil in the system, thus guaranteeing a good reduction in consumption and consequent energy savings.
The machine is equipped with a protection perimeter with two door accesses with sensors and frontal photoelectric barriers.
It is also equipped with an electric lectern panel with a large display to facilitate programming.
